If you ever wondered what kind of hell Gal Gadot put her glorious body through to get ready to play the warrior princess in wonder women , this video shows just a segment of Gadot’s arduous six-month training. Her daily routine consisted of two hours of weightlifting, two hours of fight choreography, and two hours of horseback riding.


According to Looper, Gal said: “I look at food as fuel and I want to give the best to my body. It’s all a matter of measurements and quantity of the food. Just enjoy your food… and don’t eat while you drive and don’t eat when you talk on the phone. Just give the food the respect and give yourself the respect to enjoy it.”

Her best tip “Drink a gallon of water each day. Not only did I feel fuller, which made me snack less, but I felt so hydrated, my endurance improved too. And I needed all the help I could get for the program, which blended basic pull-ups, squats, and ball throws with cardio intervals using the stationary bike and rowing machine—two minutes full-force, then two minutes of active rest—plus weight-lifting challenges.”
