Royal Challengers Bangalore desperately need their captain Virat Kohli back in action after the team having lost two games out of three in season 10 of Indian Premier League.
Bangalore started off on a losing note, going down to defending champions Sunrisers Hyderabad in the season’s opener.
However, did well to claw back by beating Delhi Daredevils at home and then on Monday losing to Kings XI Punjab.
Last night saw the return of AB de Villiers, who was also out of the first two games of RCB, owing to a bad back, but came back and played a masterly innings of 89* to give RCB a respectable total. However, all eyes were on the return of the man who had an exemplary IPL in 2016, making over 970 runs and 4 centuries, taking his team to the finals single handedly.
However, the wait has seemed to end, as Kohli posted his return date onto the IPL field for RCB- 14th April. He will be back into the field facing Mumbai Indians, at home in M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
